Beyond darkness… beyond desolation… lies the greatest danger of all.
“THE ABSOLUTE PERFECT MOVIE FOR THE HOLIDAYS”
After successfully crossing over (and under) the Misty Mountains, Thorin and Company must seek aid from a powerful stranger before taking on the dangers of Mirkwood Forest–without their Wizard. If they reach the human settlement of Lake-town, it will be time for the hobbit Bilbo Baggins to fulfil his contract with the dwarves. The party must complete the journey to Lonely Mountain & burglar Baggins must seek out the Secret Door that will give them access to the hoard of the dragon Smaug. And, where has Gandalf got off to? And what is his secret business to the south?
The Desolation of Smaug represents a confident, exciting second chapter for the Hobbit series for those underwhelmed by its predecessor & leaves you excited for the final chapter in the trilogy.
There’s a lot to admire in ‘The Desolation of Smaug’. Faster pace, beautiful sets, lovely score, costumes & most impressive High Frame Rate, with the comeback of one of the most beloved character of the original series, Legolas, will surely win over the audiences, over the globe this Christmas season.
I won’t call it just a movie. It is another grand entry in the Tolkien saga. I would really thank Peter Jackson, who is keeping the legend alive & again after so many years you want to go to the stores & read those novels again.
It’s pleasing to see a filmmaker this in love with storytelling, this committed to creating entire worlds… that’s a rare thing indeed, & for it to turn out so well is even more rare.
PETER JACKSON did it in the most beautiful manner like he did previously, without cutting down any script or even the most least part of the novel and brought everything again all up to the screen IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WAY!!!!!
If anything, I’ll definitely go catch it again. Thumbs up!
